08-08-2008-Wash vehicle & charge battery. Removed grille and damaged Right front fender-photo will be updated later 08-21-2008-Purchased New Grille, lower filler panel, front bumper & most brackets, bumper rubber strip, lower front air dam. 09-03-2008C*-Dan roughs out the radiator support making several pulls to form sheet metal back to meet the new fender replacement. Still working on this area. 10-31-2008-Dan moves vehicle out of shop to work on cash flow job 02-09-2009-( Project on HOLD because of set backs ) 02-11-2011-The vehicle has been in storage from all the hardship of getting back on my feet from the nightmares of 2009 and 2010. Today parts were removed from the interior of windshield, door opening seals and the plastic cowl vent grille was removed. The vehicle was started and moved outside so that repairs to the body shop can easily be access with both Tahoes removed. Plans are to have the cracked windshield glass replaced on the Green Tahoe. 03-14-2011-Touch up spray paint was purchase to paint the new fender inner edges, so fender can be installed. Setting up and preparing fender to be painted 03-15-2011-prepare and paint inner trim on fender new replacement. photo update 03-16-2011-Start installing the fender, but some more pulling on radiator support is required 03-17-2011-Start doing metal work on hood and hammering metal out less than a 1/4 of inch so filler can be applied at a later date. Later in evening I primed the area. Photo update 04-11-2011-Charged battery, start and move vehicle around 07-26-2011-same as last report, but also to gain access to junk 69 beetle project to remove off property soon
